Four-course dinner with wine pairings

First Course:
Wild green salad with candied walnuts, blue cheese, croutons & honey tarragon vinaigrette

Second Course:
Butternut squash bisque with toasted sunflower seeds
Vegan Option: Fingerling potato and leek soup
Wine Pairing: Château d’Esclans ‘Whispering Angel’ / Rosé / Côtes de Provence / 2021

Third Course:
Oven roasted airline chicken, basil cream, heirloom tomato bread pudding & roasted root vegetable
Vegan Option: Handmade butternut squash ravioli with butternut coconut milk cream & wilted greens
Wine Pairing: Bridlewood / Pinot Noir / California / 2018

Fourth Course:
Caramel apple cheesecake
Vegan Option: Lemon & raspberry Champagne sorbet with a sweet cabernet drizzle
